Hosting and technical providers
The website, database and storage use Lovable Cloud. The actual database service configuration identifies AWS us-east-2 (Ohio, United States). The website is distributed over Cloudflare’s global network: the serving location varies by visit. This region does not establish the location of all backups, logs or support operations.
Transactional emails use Lovable’s email service, with Resend configured as a fallback. The exact processing location of messages and actual fallback use are not established here.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against abuse. Optional measurement and advertising providers are detailed in the privacy policy; their presence in code does not mean they are active.
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, videos, creative works and distinctive signs are protected, in particular by the Swiss Federal Copyright Act (CopA). Rights belong to their respective holders. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial reuse requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Resources expressly offered for download remain subject to the terms stated on the resource.
