01 —Data controller

Data controller

HUSTLE GROUP SÀRL, Rue des Chavannes 5, 2000 Neuchâtel. IDE CHE-200.627.393. Operator of FAMOUS Agency. For questions or data requests: info@famousagency.ch, or by post to this address.

02 —Data and purposes

Data and purposes

Contact form: first name, optional surname and company, email and/or phone, preferred channel and time, optional message. We reply to the request and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Explicit contact consent, its version and date are recorded separately from marketing choices. It does not authorize newsletters or unrelated solicitation.

Assessment and configurator: multiple-choice answers, results and a random reference, without name, email, IP or free text in these sessions. They become linkable to a person when they consent to submit a related request. Campaign parameters (UTM, gclid, fbclid), landing page and referrer accompany that request; no contact details or message are sent to the dataLayer.

Cookie preferences: random identifier, allowed or refused categories, version, date, device class, language and GPC signal. Evidence may include the country provided by the network, but no plain IP. Security: hosting providers and Cloudflare Turnstile may process IP, browser signals and technical logs; IP is not stored in the lead or cookie evidence.

03 —Advertising measurement and withdrawal

Advertising measurement and withdrawal

Marketing: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn may receive conversion events and, after you submit a request, your normalized email and phone hashed with SHA-256 to measure and optimize advertising. Hashing does not anonymize these data. Withdraw at any time in Cookie settings or via info@famousagency.ch.

04 —Legal framework and bases

Legal framework and bases

Swiss data protection law requires transparency, proportionality and security. Where GDPR applies: responding to requests and preparing contracts falls under Article 6(1)(b); optional measurement, marketing and personalization rely on consent (6(1)(a)); abuse prevention and security rely on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)), subject to balancing; legal duties fall under 6(1)(c). Optional consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

05 —Recipients and transfers

Recipients and transfers

Only authorized team members and providers needed to handle the request access contact details. Responses and evidence are not publicly readable.

The website, database and storage use Lovable Cloud. The actual database service configuration identifies AWS us-east-2 (Ohio, United States). The website is distributed over Cloudflare’s global network: the serving location varies by visit. This region does not establish the location of all backups, logs or support operations.

Transactional emails use Lovable’s email service, with Resend configured as a fallback. The exact processing location of messages and actual fallback use are not established here.

Cloudflare (United States, global network) provides distribution and Turnstile. Google (United States, international processing) is configured for GTM, Analytics and Ads; Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Clarity are optional tools, only when enabled and with the required consent. Their current account settings and precise processing countries have not been confirmed; TikTok may involve international processing, including recipients outside Switzerland/EEA. A link to Instagram, WhatsApp or another external service is not a tracking integration: opening it subjects that visit to the service’s policy.

Transfer safeguards: no Swiss–U.S./EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework participation or standard contractual clauses applicable to this project have been verified. The database region is in the United States; we do not claim all data stays in Switzerland or the EU. The operator must confirm the actual processing agreements, adequacy decisions or standard clauses and supplementary measures before representing these transfers as compliant. Information and available safeguards: info@famousagency.ch.

06 —Retention

Retention

Requests without follow-up: deleted after 24 months. Assessment and estimate sessions: deleted after 24 months. Preferences: six months, or a renewed request upon policy version change. Cookie evidence: three years. Contractual and accounting records follow their statutory retention duties; cookie withdrawal does not delete them. Provider log, backup and email retention remains to be confirmed; unverified durations are not represented as certain.

07 —Your rights

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing and request data delivery or portability under the applicable legal conditions: info@famousagency.ch. Include your BIL/CFG reference or consent identifier if available; we may proportionately verify identity. Marketing withdrawal does not automatically delete a contact request. No decision producing legal effects is made solely by automated assessments or estimates.

You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch). In the EU you may complain to the competent supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually reside, work or where an alleged infringement occurred. The European Data Protection Board directory (edpb.europa.eu) lists these authorities.
